I like the traditional style of the red house. Great builds. Shame they are a tad too small for proper interior.

Both houses are otu of shapes and not in a good way. There are not many 'cozy' normal homes that have such big windows.
Neither do I like the slanted windows either, or on your house, the black part.
The roof on Brad's house is however nice, yours is more interesting though, even if I wouldn't call it as nicer.
And I am pretty sure Brad's house has something wrong at the porch, or something which I don't understand.
I'd go for a 6/10?
