Barely anyone carries around money, and when they do, they usually travel on the rooftops.
This is less about the horrible rules, and more about how the admin broke said horrible rule.

If they say they are paying off dems, yes. But in most cases of Servers like these it means you have the money and you are going to the bank.
Also this is no where NEAR a small crime, you were Jailed for six ticks!

Corporatocracy is unfortunately how the world works today. It's why only the rich, or highly endorsed get in power. The human race's politics are lame and unfair.
If ? didn't have the money, he should go to jail.
