Sorry for errors I am on my iPod so,
You can not just sit there and mine for the money
You get it by doing the crimes, pickpocketing killing etc
Also the city was built by someone else not cc the road designs were cc's
But not the layout someone else build the whole city not cc cc only made the roads

The road designs are really similar to the ones like what I have on my CityRPG, I'm not saying that they were stolen or any sort. But this reminded me when I didn't add detail on my city. I would suggest do some remodeling around the city.
