There are many issues with the server. It's so easy to accidentally run over someone or attempt to arrest innocent people unknowingly. Run over by a car?

Once, I was trying to reach a murderer, however cops have no way to break doors, so I borrowed a lock pick from a criminal to reach the murderer.

Good luck paying for demerits, even accidental crimes, as you cannot take out money from the bank if you have any demerits. Accidentally hit innocents too much? Too bad, better run away quick from your fiendish, fellow officers. How would you suggest fixing this? Perhaps only allowing you to take out enough money to pay off your demerits?

I was actually often wanted when I was trying to do my job, so it ended up whenever I made an arrest, others were able to kill me and take my arrest money (incidentally the only way I could pay demerits, as said earlier you couldn't use the bank while wanted). It's absolute bullstuff, the money should go into the bank and not the wallet. It was pretty tough being a good cop and there were these unnecessary consequences following therewith. This can be easily modified, and I believe I might make this change on hanks server.

Officers have no way to break in doors, it's just a criminal free-roam. In the original CityRP, you could break down doors with your baton and have a better chance at arresting hiding criminals. I have repaired this issue on Hankyje's server. It really wasn't a hard fix, either.

I've seen criminals kill one person after another (quite intelligently sometimes, I was killed after leaving a bank brick, but I faked it and didn't take anything out), and be able to pay the crimes off so easily. It's unfair, who gets arrested and who doesn't is influenced by money. I have made this bannable on hankyje's server (killing people in banks)

Another thing, I've seen way to many supporters of crime go unpersecuted as they did not actually do the crime. [iPhone 4S] is one of these people (he's also an admin, go figure) who has set up a building that houses criminals safely from the police, including mechanisms to fight off police. Boomerangdog was another person who housed a criminal, and had a spot for the criminal to shoot from a safe place, and people like this don't get punished. Cciamlazy literally did nothing about the criminal-housing admin, and that is just disappointing to run a server like that. This also relates to officials conflicting with the law and pardoning really bad people, as I mentioned before in a single instance. I have not found this issue on hankyje's server, but will watch for it.

The biggest thing of all, is that this happens in every CityRP. I have pointed out the fact that this doesn't happen on every cityrpg.

I read it quickly, I won't take a side here, but perhaps Hankyje's isn't the average CityRP, but I don't know.
