I never use my speaker, and server passwords are usually very easy, below are the most common use passwords:
LOL, BOB, BL, (host's name), cigarette, WIP, UNDERCOVERstuff, and the most common of all:
yes nothing.

I've had this happen before. Then it turns out I had a Steam trailer for a game still playing from the Steam store page...
