It is completely his fault carolcat ;_;.
I still don't feel it's necessary to just flat-out say that he deserved it.

1) It's not.

2) I'm not.
you seem a bit mad do you want some herbal tea?

I don't see you getting onto all the other people who posted about people they at least somewhat knew dying, like these:

I was just unbanned.

I still don't feel it's necessary to just flat-out say that he deserved it.

When the general, under-thought consensus in this thread is to cry, then it is necessary.~

I was just unbanned.
I don't see how that was relevant to my statement.

It was his fault, but he didn't deserve it.
The end.

According to the news, the kid was listening to music and didn't hear the train.
i'm sad.
ON VALENTINE'S DAY. :[
but seriously, you should suggest adding a fence along the train tracks.
There was this Shel Silverstein poem about this kid who always listened to his music, and he didn't listen to anything else, and then one day he was walking along the train tracks and got hit by a train.

Not trying to be mean or anything, just a thought.

Not to be a jackass, but how the forget does a speeding train sneak up on someone? You would have to be blind, deaf, and unable to feel anything
That does sound really sad though ;-;

>listening to loud musics = basically deaf from outside noises
>Texting - Very very distracted, he probably was walking on the walkway and accidentally got on to the tracks, and if he was able to feel the train coming, he probably was hit before he could react.

Quote
1) It's completely his fault; not just 'sort of'.
2) Have fun lying to yourself.

He wasn't crossing the tracks lmao, according to the video, there's a path right next to the tracks.

And stop being a loving heartless ass, nobody "deserves" to die, even if it was his fault. And if someone should deserve to die, it is you.
Oh wait, I forgot you're IUV.

nobody "deserves" to die, even if it was his fault.

u just contradicted urself

Most on BL forums assumed he was committing Self Delete and felt no pity. But seriously he could have maybe thrown a ball or something too far on the track and went to get it without seeing a train, and it was too late to jump when the horns sounded.

Or it even could of been like my school where kids walk across the train tracks all the time and sometimes the lights dont work to tell you when a train is coming

That's what he loving gets for wearing earbuds that are obnoxiously loud.

I live near trains now and for 5 minutes before hitting an RR crossing they blow their horns and it's loving loud. It doesn't matter if it's 5 in the morning they will blast that horn.

If you can miss that, if you can miss the blinking red lights, the "chugga chugga" sound and that horn -- your music is up too loud.

No he didn't.

if u cause a fault, then anything that comes after the fault is deserved
