how do i post pictures?

You upload the picture to the image hosting website.
Then you take the url and put it in between
If you would like to adjust the size, use [img height=number]http://For example
This would be typed as
[img height=number]http://ttp://i1052.photobucket.com/albums/s457/ArkPhotobucket/06ef5005.jpg in between those two tags[/img]
