We will need 2 different arenas then, and that is waaaay too much work. And its supposed to be a once-a-year one-and-only event

That seems like an overly-large amount of work to go through only to do it once a year.
And the worlds ending in a few months anyway.

Make it a monthly event, 1 year is too long, probably wouldn't even remember to do it next year.
First Friday of every month or something...
