The Binding of Isaac is one of the sickest games out there.
You're a small child running around in a basement killing stuff with your tears because your mom wants to kill you.
It's like a zelda-dungeon and you can find random items that does good stuff.

This game is awesome.

I will add more to OP later.

How do I unlock technology?

The finds are all random, I've found a bunch of stuff but not it.

sidenote the farthest I ever got was Caves II.

I remember the first time I beat this game, It also happened to be my first playthrough. I'm not kidding, I have three people that were in a voicechat with me if you don't believe it.
