Dedicated crashes

When I try to start up the dedicated server icon the console keeps on going then crashes what do I do?

Post console.log

Try to see if it doesn't crash on a normal server, if it does, post the console.log

If there are no other viable solutions, do the following:
Disable/delete all add-ons, disable before deleting.
Back them up, just in case you have any private mods or any you don't want to lose.
Start the dedicated server again.
