You say it in a good way... It's not,
A good server picks its admins wisely and tests them,
Not picking admins by popularity or friends, I for one would not
admin Badspot until he deemed himself worthy.

How is nobody abusing admin a bad thing? Almost all of hank's original admins were removed and replaced with competent(I would know) ones.

Explain the 53 players we had on today.
Or 45 yesterday.
Not to mention the sheer amount of players that just go through.
I'm positive we had at least 100 unique players on today.

I chose my admins through my peers, and there was no corruption.
Especially after I started recording every admin command executed automatically. I could see every grant, every edit, and every movement.
All you need for a good CityRPG is one, authoritarian host, and a pretty mod/map.
