The pardon command is fine when a non-admin uses it, but I've seen past dramas about CityRPGs, when they had badmins use the command to go back killing sprees, heres a good example:
>Admin status
>spawn weapon
>kill everyone
>get jailed
>pardon yourself
>repeat process.

This is why CityRP's are so stupid. Functions which Admins are gave, then they use that to have their glory moment. It's absolutely forgeted up.
