I can confirm all of this as one of the admins at the server. Hanky, it'd help if you would stop suddenly being afk all ofa sudden while stuff happens and then you freak out about something little. You've got a point with the lots of players thing but there is a server player limit for a reason.

Hankyje has upgraded me from Co-Host to... uh.. host on his server.
I have taken control of the server and have wiped the admin list except for a few IDs I can think of off the top of my head.
I have added the moderator mod, and removed various weapons that were not used (shrinking download)
I will modify CityRPG (as I have been doing for about 5 days now) to allow virtually no power to Administrators, and will only grant SA to those I know well.
The server will remain as Hankyje's CityRPG until it has become more publicly known that it is my server, then I will transfer it over to Lugnut1206's CityRPG.

I go rarely, but when I do (yes I'm admin, I've only been twice in the last month.) everyone is either asking for admin or Spectrum is freekilling everyone. I'm an admin only, not SA, so I would've de-admined him or something but yeah..
Only thing I did was ban someone for repeatedly asking for admin, and the ban wasn't but 5 mins. :/ Sorry if I've done something wrong, Hanky. :')
