Why aren't they? It's just mindless spamming, and a horrible way to mock the OP in some cases.
I feel that if something like this comes upon the forums, it isn't really spamming, especially because "practically" they are on topic. Like everyone says, they die out eventually. People need to embrace the fun that usually comes along with these fads nonetheless their monotinous stupidity that come along with them.
