this why i hate fat people in sports. i don't care what weight you are or whatever but i hate it in sports because they are hard to take down or push or whatever and it's annoying.

You just need to learn strategies to take them down. I play in a huge football game at least once a week and a few of my friends are much bigger then me. I am 150 pounds and I can take down my 250-300 pound friends with ease. Its all about how you hit them.

If it comes through the air, hold your arm out. Don't swing it, there will be a good chance you will miss it.
This is only if it comes at a speed where you can actually somewhat "catch" it. Because if you move into the direction of it and fall, its hard to get back up in position and they could easily score.

Practice having your friends shoot on you.
