Can't join most servers (But anyone else doesn't have a problem)

If the server's ping is --- then it is usually a uPnP server.
This means that the port forwarding was done by the application, instead of the user, and is automated and glitchy.

I've never found a problem hosting via UPnP, my servers have ping etc.
It may be that the user has UPnP and a port forwarding rule in place, which has been shown to cause issues before. Or it may be that port forwarding is used but the host hasn't checked the box in-game saying "Disable UPnP" or vice versa
