How do you motivate yourself to build?

I build when I want to build.

This has nothing to do with motivation.


I think it's dumb that you people needs to be motivated to build.
It sounds as if you're forced to build and is really looking for a motivation or reason to start building.

Example:

"Gosh, I should really finish that build. hmm... Ima get a coke from the fridge and turn on some Led Zeppelin and I'll maybe get something done"

no, i never have any motivation anymore.
i rarely even build anymore, i just wander around on servers and take pretty screenshots.

Simple. Try something really hard, something you haven't done before.

I get a sports cup and fill it with 2 Dr. Pepper cans, and drink it all night long, and sometimes get a cheese danish or something from the kitchen downstairs.

I will usually turn on electric music and chow down on barbecue chips. Gets me lively and pumped to build.

Oh and use that mind of yours!

I also turn on my TV, small fan, ceiling fan, and keep my room circulated, while every once in a while checking in on the other members of my family and spraying febreeze through the house, and sometimes I play skyrim and look at the building on there.
