TF2 Joystick - Can't Look to The Sides

So I have a a two joystick controller that I plugged into my computer, and when I type "exec 360controller" in the console, I can move, reload and all that stuff but I just can't look to the sides. If I look to the left I shoot my gun, and when I look to the right I go into the scope/detonate sticky bombs/etc.
I'm using a Logitech Rumble, if that helps.
I'd MUCH rather use native joystick support, as it can be more accurate than JoyToKey or XPadder.
Any ideas?

try using the left and right triggers, because if the joystick is doing their function, maybe they're doing the joystick's function too

check the settings for whatever drivers then
try it with some other games too
