Any scary mods that only need Half-Life 2?

It seems most mods either need HL2 and it's episodes, or HL1. The only scary mod I have found is Underhell, but that is incomplete.
Any scary mods like Nightmare House 2 or anything similar that only require Half-Life 2?

I don't have Garry's Mod. The only Source games I have installed are Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2 and Half-Life 2.
