The Rules : Do people even care anymore?

I think the mods should be a lot stricter. Especially with trolling.
But, if the mods do decide to crack down on these things, they may need to re-write the rules to prevent loopholes, other ban evades, etc.

If they refuse to reenforce moderation then they might as well rework the rules so it matches the community we have now, it would make us look less like a loving mess.
