Usually it's a given that when somebody acts like a prat, everybody knows they are a prat. It's not like it isn't clear to see, they blatantly want attention.
If badspot thinks somebody is a prat, then the chances are that everybody else does aswell. Nobody is half-prat, so it's clear to see when somebody deserves a ban.
badspot would also appear the think that the forums are going fine and don't need any extra rules or moderatorsdoes everyone else think that? apparently not
