Sadly it isn't. You may be able to find some in the auction house, but they're probably too costly to buy.

And I've been playing since the beta.

I haven't played this for like three weeks simply because my friend won't get on.
I did get two sets of dragon wings for some reason so forget yeah.
I'm almost Teir 3, my armor is terrible so I don't stand a chance after level 8, whatever the Manor is called.
