I agree it's better for drawing, but there will never be a animation program for a 3DS as good as flipnote studio was.

He doesn't mean you can't play any games while you're outside of your country, he means that you can't play games that for example aren't PAL if you have an european 3DS.

I knew this. Seriously, can anyone give a good reason for region locking a 3DS?
