VCE Manual only shows varlinks

It has to do with Zack0Wack0's website or something...not the actual download, it opens through connection to his website I believe.

We're talking a bout varlinks, not variable replacers.

don't know how to fix but varlinks are when you make a link in chat and when clicked it does something, whatever you set it to do.
