(To be honest I don't know much of Fallout: NV but I have played Fallout 3, planning on getting NV later, and I haven't been in a Forum RP for about a year)

I forget about the trade and get into my truck and I start to drive to where that message is coming from. But then I remembered that I have a trade for over a 1000 NCR$ So I turn around and dive into the post and get out grab that box from before and walk into the main office and about 10 minutes later I walk out with 1150 more NCR$. Then I start driving again to the message.

I see a mushroom cloud and just know that that is where I'm heading so I drive it might take another few hours.

Sounds of explosions echo throughout the entire Mojave. Darker smoke plumes up and mixes with the mushroom cloud.

"Here," I toss John some purified water, "Long trip ahead of us for all I know." I say beginning to take my tent down.

Sorry I guess I would have post a bit earlier but I had something to do.
I arrive at the cloud and slowly dive into the black smoke with my windows rolled up. And I can't see a thing so I stop and wait for it to clear up.
