Can't find it. It was a GIF of Slendy chasing Jay through the tunnels in Entry #60. Possible tentacles. Maybe Dr. Block has it.

so they just uploaded this: entry

there is binary at the very end that appears for only a split second. I managed to pause the video on it and take a screenshot, then type the code into notepad and copy it to an online binary converter.

here's the screenshot I took:
