Odd graphical glitch pertaining to bricks that are far away

I don't know what's causing this and it's pissing me off.



Keep in mind, I'm very far away, I'm just zooming in.


Help, please, this has been driving me nuts.

tried that before posting, nothing
drivers are allegedly up to date
