I'm gonna nitpick that last sentence
you can teach via videos
you cannot teach building via videos.

If I had a recording program and an editing program,

I could do some building tips videos. Using less bricks, diffrent ways to build walls, mirrors/shiny floors and stuff like that.

Though most of this could be done using pictures and words.

The most effective and efficient way to teach people how to build is to run a community build server with moderate regulations that oversee the skill development of all players.

Another way to do this is by developing a gamemode that relies on building skill for prosperity. (an architect or civil engineering job in CityRPG.)

what bullstuff

i learnt how to build a (real) wooden deck off of a video of someone showing another person. If i can do that, people can learn off of him showing someone else how to "build"

He's not doing this to teach them "how to "build""
