CityRPG [Just read it]

I've been on Psp's CityRPG and they now has Drugs on it so... Is that a mod, did he make it, where can I get it? How would I make mods for CityRPG?
Note: CityRPG is a good mod, and if you flame it ill just suspect that you have been killed and lost all of you money while playing so now you flame it.

Kinda funny how you state that it is good as if it were a commonly accepted fact, while at the same time you felt the need to add that message in the first place, indicating you are already aware that some people don't like it.

The drug system is a crappy underdeveloped mod that was released unofficially.
You can have a good CityRPG without having drugs.
