I was just wondering, At my server, and at any server the FX Paint Can's will not
work, Someone mind helping with this D:

what do you mean by "not work" and also does it work on a clean install without any addons? (Client and Server)

Try setting brick FX settings to high.

FX Cans are actually a default addon. You may have disabled it.

FX is on Best. everything is.
