Blockland running very slow on new PC

Hi. I just got a brand new Windows 7 Toshiba Satellite (Which was not cheap), and Blockland is running like i'm playing on a Windows 98 computer. Any suggestions on how to get it running faster?

Could you post the specifications? (CPU make and model, amount of RAM installed, video controller)
All of these can be found in dxdiag (Take a screenshot of the general tab and the display tab

Not really all the data I wanted, because for my brother it says it's a Radeon HD 6000 series,

It's a Toshiba Satellite with 3 GB of RAM and a Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family for my Video Card.
