Forgot to mention: I complained about nizzys actions to another SA on the server, who sat on his hands and did nothing.
nizzy claimed that spawnkilling and freekilling was ok because it wasn't in the rules (which do not actually exist beyond wrench limitations), and he also changed the server to some other stuffty rp

The point is that when your only proof is the ban reason and the fact that making stuffmup to make somebody look bad for your own gain ISN'T above you, and since you are an abusive host yourself, you have no place to talk.

Glass - The ban expired. You were causing problems, such as shooting the real gunstore next door. You were also reported to be self spawning items. This is why we don't give wrenches to random asshats.

-He's being a massive hypocrite, as his servers are the literal meaning of stuff
-He has ABSOLUTELY no proof to back his story up, so no one is going to believe him
-He is a massive idiot, so of course no one is going to take his drama seriously, because if you have a bad reputation and people absolutely resent you, people aren't just going to try and be friendly. I doubt even badspot would take his story seriously at all.
