Admin on other crp servers? Yes, and I actually hosted my own PeopleMods that got over 25 people.
what makes a good city rpg? A non-abusive and fun host that actually plays the City RP with others and doesn't cheat. Also, low paid jobs, so money is actually difficult to get, the drug mod, and a host that doesn't spend 24/7 of their time on Blockland "modifying" the mod.
