Randomizing Teams in TDM

Hi, im having trouble with team randomizing, could someone explain how I can do this?

Toggle "Auto-Sort teams" in the TDM Gui.
The "sort weighing" box is the chance you have to be assigned to that team. If you want it completely random, put "1" in all the "Sort Weighing" boxes.

And then select the "Shuffle Teams" options in the Teams tab.
