Set player light?

Is there some kind of command or RTB preference where you can set the player light?

I know there are events.

I suppose you could use the create command addon to set something where you can change the players light.

I don't think there is a mod that allows you to select a light on the server and have all players use it. The closest thing I can think of is Badspot's edited player light he had during the halloween block party:
