There are no events, it's a SCRIPTED bot, it's most likely scripted to spawn in mid-air so it doesn't fall through the interiors/terrain or get stuck in bricks, it's also scripted to disappear after a certain amount of time
I've encountered it on a server that was using Plate (a day time map, dark maps have nothing to do with it), and it played a sound every time it spawned
