Is there anyway to disable add-ons by console?

I'm hosting a dedicated server right now and I forgot to disable a add-on that makes people wait a really long time for download. I don't want to restart it so is there anyway to disable it with a console command?

sometimes it dosent remove all of it

i only know that, not another command

Not that I know of, you'll probably have to reset.
Overwriting all the commands might work if it's just a script.
