RTB Error

Whenever I install a mod off the the Add-Ons section, it does not appear in my Return to Blockland folder, niether my Add-On folder, and if you're wondering, this is the mod I've tried to install http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=180744.0
(Note: 2 Year BL player, over 100 Add-Ons installed)
