How is an indoctrination ending any better than the current one? In both cases all the work you did and every choice you made was effectively meaningless and intragalactic civilization is over. Hell, I think a ending where it's all just an illusion from indoctrination and, "No Shepard, you are the Reapers," is an even bigger kick in the quad than the current sixteenone. |

If the theory is true, they probably have an actual ending, and will unlock it once more people finish the game, so the majority don't have the ending ruined. |
