yes it does have an impact on 2 but its not a huge impact. I think the only important thing that happens is that you choose if wrex lives or dies, and in the little comic scene at the beginning of 2 lets you decide that. Also there is no ps3 port for ME1 and I had bought ME3 before buying these 2 games.

oh ps3 gives you the genesis comic thing for free?
makes sense since you can't import a me1 save
