Donating allows the owners to upgrade and spread. If they're making money, they'll spend more time on the game making an overall better outcome. I host a server ranked 19 last month out of 10000 on minestatus.net. It's the 2nd largest prison server on minecraft. We pull in almost 2k a month via donations and without those donations we'd be a stuff server. |
