> You try all of the doors.

The one that was to your right it locked but the one that was ahead of you is unlocked.

> You go through the unlocked door.

> You see a generator.

Hmmmm... this place must have electricity. But to where? There are no light bulbs around here!

Find jar of strawberry jam in generator.
Yell out "HERE'S THE JAM!" and throw said jar at power button.

> Looks around the generator.

> Finds a jar of jam stuck in the gears and pulls it out.

HERE'S the JAM!!!

> Throws the jar at the power button switching it on.

> Sanity 100%

> A door opens in the courtyard.

Do the shuffle dance to celebrate your victory

I don't know how to dance, so I'll just celebrate with some movement.

> Tries to dance.

Try and Ascertain where you are in the courtyard. Then Investigate the Generator, and see where the Wires lead. Then try looking for something that could help you identify this place (Bulletin Board, Stray piece of paper, posters, ect.)
If signs of the Monster appear again, then stay the forget chill and try and hide.

> Ascertains location.

I'm in a courtyard, probably within an insane asylum.

> Follows the wires from the generator.

They lead to this door in the courtyard, which is now open.

> Looks around.

Oooh! A note! This wasn't here before.

> Reads note.

"So I see you got out. Well done.  Do you like the monster I gave you. I sure hope he takes good care of you through this place. It sure can be hell around here. Anyways... if you want to know more, just look around, this whole place is a puzzle that needs to be solved. Now keep solving!"

> Archives the note in inventory.

Does the courtyard have a ceiling?

> Looks up.

Doesn't look like it has a ceiling, but the walls around it are very high, about 4 stories.

> Tries to parkour up the walls.

> Fails...

Darn, I thought I had it.

I might as well use the door that opened.

> Goes through the newly opened door.

> Sees two rows of cells, one cell has a skeleton in it with some vials and what seems to be a pouch, the other has a person crying in the corner of their cell.

>Comfort the poor skeleton.  The person is a trap.
