I think it's actually a glitch with hidden icons on Windows 8.

did you like edit it or something because i'm pretty sure all ini files are to have the same icon.

it's edited because the bottom point is choppy while the rest is straight


i heard if you delete the file your system runs 400% faster

It's an actual glitch. I didn't do any editing.
All I did was take the picture and crop it. Nothing else.
If I really did edit it, it might look worse.
