Port forwarding is being a biach

so i had port fowraded a long time ago ueing port 28000 but i went in to my routers settings and its not there so i make a new one not there i make 5 they dont show up i have managed to get one to show using the port 20000 i have also configured bl to use that port so why does it not show  all the others

reset router?

As phflack said, you could try UPnP, but if that isn't an option for your router it may be a case of the settings not applying correctly.

Certain routers have a "save settings" down at the bottom, so they may be there at first, but if you don't click that, it doesn't save. Some require restarts after just about everything; if in doubt if you're doing it correctly, check the guides on www.portforward.com

that might be it but when i make a new one and use port 28000 it says interups anouther task
