Anybody know how to smoothshade on p3d or did I just export it wrong?

He's not a mobster, but he is a lobster. I would have made him a mobster, but that sounded a bit too difficult for a 1 day model. Kinda cartoony style, so its not very anatomically correct. He's also rigged using blender's automatic weighting which actually works pretty well.
If you want to make an animation with him, texture him, or just look at the model, here's a download link:

 I just use blenders built in AO, same as always.
