It could have been anyone who decided to make these computers. It just so happens I was the only one who did at the time and still does. And you can say they are useless, but they are no more useless than any other build in Blockland. And a lot of people really love working with VCE to make mock devices, and really love that style of build.

And yes, I'd like to argue that there are plenty of builds created that are far less useless than your computer. I assembled an unbiased comparison between a blockland computer that has the ability to change the color of it's screen and toggle rendering on specific bricks, and the default build Jetpuff's towers
