Hi. I'm in a bit of a pickle at the moment.
I have a 2 year old Xbox Live account which has previously had Gold Memberships and such but is currently non-premium.
I had gathered over 20k in Gamerscore from playing a large number of games over the years.
Yesterday I was on my Xbox and I played a little bit of Skyrim and then some Mass Effect 3.
For the entire time that I was playing, my account had all my gamerscore all my history and my account length time.
I got home today and decided to play some Mass Effect 3.
So, I go to my Xbox, turn it on, it automatically signs me in, I open the disctray, insert Mass Effect 3's Disc 1, close the disctray and let it load.
It pops up with an Xbox Live notification that my account was last played on another console.
I can't remember entirely what it said beyond that, but only gave me the option to continue.
So I did.
And it reloaded Mass Effect 3.
I press continue and it loads me up where I left off, on my ship and all.
I go to the Galaxy map, start to fly around to a Mass Relay, do a scan, reapers chase me, I avoid them, it comes up with an achievment.
I know I had an achievment for that already, so I assumed it was one for having done it a number of times and decided to view the achievment.
When it popped up telling me it was for doing it the first time.
I back out and my entire achievment list for Mass Effect 3 is empty. Entirely.
I back out again and Mass Effect 3 is the only game that is on record for me ever having played.
And only because I was playing it at that moment.
So, I'm a little bit distraught at this, immediately swivel my chair around to my computer, open up my Games for Windows Marketplace and sign in.
It comes up with my account, tells me I have 10 Gamerscore.
I'm a little bit dumbfounded.
I decide to log in to the Xbox website.
Same thing.
I go to my brothers room, turn his Xbox on, sign into his account, view my account through his friendslist, and I have 10 G.
He has his full amount.
I decide to contact Xbox Live about this and choose their Support-staff chat system.
I'm put in the cue for a bit, a large number of people are being dealt with.
It then tells me this;
Some customers are currently showing zero achievements and gamer scores on Xbox LIVE. We are aware of the problem and appreciate your patience while we implement a solution.

So, it seems my entire History and Gamerscore is currently gone.
They claim other people have the same problem. I have not seen anyone claim so on here though.
So, I wanted to know if anyone knew what was going on, or if it has happened to them today or previously and what was done.
I really, really do not want to lose all that progress.
As sad as it sounds, I don't want to say that I have no evidence of my 2+ years of play.
I will be absolutely pissed off if they can't provide a fix for this.
