That's the thing about schools these days, they think they have access to your personal life outside of school, and they abuse the fact that as children, the students can't do much about it.

That's such bullstuff, I would've refused in the first place to hand it over.  It also breaks the agreement you create with Facebook in making an account, you aren't allowed to share your password at all.  If it was publicly posted I would understand the school taking notice in any posts, messages, etc. that were made public.

I've had a teacher tell me personally that he wishes that he could kick out the 70% of students at my school who don't care so he could teach people like me better.

The people who don't care ruin everyone elses education. They don't want to be there so instead they forget with teachers when they're supposed to be teaching.

Yeah, that's a loving handicapped idea. The point of school is to ensure that the kid doesn't have a stuffty future, so they require them to attend 12 years of it. If they drop out or don't continue afterwards is up to them, but having at least a rudimentary education is a necessity.

You're parents would most likey make you go till 12/13 anyway, by then if you're to dumb to know to stay I don't see why the school would want you anyway
