Yours is Okiver², not Okiver. It changes nothing, no matter which variant of either you use, though. The quotes ensure that Google reads it correctly, because - is Google syntax for removing a word. Jetz > Okiver, in any case where you type it in correctly.

The quotes don't affect your name at all, so if you don't want to just accept that you have to have them for it to parse correctly, you could just whine that Google doesn't like you. That explanation doesn't deviate too far from the recurring pattern.
