Author Topic: Burnout Paradise Crashing On Startup  (Read 1073 times)

Burnout Paradise is on sale for 5 buck on Steam, so I got it. When I try to load it though, it crashes. The the loads, shows a loading screen, and crashes. I Googled to see what was causing this and apparently it's due to webcam drivers. I have no webcam installed and for some reason it's counting my Blackmagic drivers (Decklink Video Caputre) as webcam drivers.

Is there anyway to fix this issue without uninstalling the drivers?

Sorry I can't help but you should be able too. Because I know the webcam only makes it so you can take a picture of yourself and put it on your license

From what I've read even if you have the drivers installed the game crashes, whether or not you have it enabled.

Also, I don't even have the Decklink video card, so I don't know why it says I do.
